About Committee

The Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further KAZMEMST) implements its activity according to the approved Regulation, following by the Legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan such as the Law “On technical regulation” of the 9^th November 2004 and the Law “On ensuring the uniformity of measurements” of the 7^th June 2000, as well as by the Law “On the protection of the Consumer’s rights”.
