Satbaev Ryskeldy Ahmetkalievich

Satbaev Ryskeldy Ahmetkalievich – Chairman of the Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Industry and New technologies of Kazakhstan.

Born in 1961. In 1984 graduated from the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree on industrial and civil engineering. In 2005 graduated from Т. Ryskulov Kazakh economic university as an economist-foreign affairs specialist.

Started his work experience in 1984 as a master MMD-70 at "Almatyoblkolhozstroy" trust in Almaty. From 1984 to 1986 served in ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR.

From 1986 to 1989 worked as a senior engineer of state Cooperative association on construction "Almatyoblagropromstroy", Almaty.

Since 1989 worked as a foreman of the "Kazkinoremtehprom" Republican diversified enterprise, Almaty. In 1990-1999 - President of JSC "Kazkinokomplekt", Almaty. From 1999 to 2008 - Deputy, First Deputy Akim of the Medeu district of Almaty.

From 2008 to 2009 consistently served as Inspector General of organizational inspection and territorial development Division of the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the key advisor of organizational inspection and territorial development Division of the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since September 2009 worked as Deputy Akim of the Karaganda Oblast.
Awarded three medals. Married, has 2 children.
