Professional competence 

Knowledge of normative legal acts complying to the testing program on knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the relations in the areas, conforming the specifications of the particular position of this category (“Budgetary code of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Bulk Purchase”) Development strategy of Kazakhstan up to 2030. Other compulsory background, necessary for fulfilling functional responsibilities on positions of this category 

Practical experience 

According to normal qualification requirements. Proficiency in PC programs of Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, ЕСЭДO. 

Functional responsibilities 

Organizing the procedures of public purchase of goods, work and services in accordance with legislation in force on bulk purchase. Participation in forming the Committee’s budget. Providing accounting maintenance services and rendering of accounts Control and accountancy of accounts to the retirement funds. Cooperation with governmental bodies, individuals and organizations, as well as subordinate enterprises in financial and economic area. Participation in book inventory of cash, in-voices, material values. Registration of contracts in Treasury Office. Management of compilation of reports on financial and operational activities of enterprises under the jurisdiction of Committee
