Accreditation

LTD «National Center of Accreditation» of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is defined by the Government Decision № 773 of August 27, 2008 as a body for the accreditation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

ACCREDITATION - procedure of official acknowledgment by Accreditation bodies  applicant’s to fulfill work in definite area of conformity assessment.

Accreditation of the certification of conformity assessment bodies (CABs), or the formal recognition of their competence, it is a convenient means for customers to select reliable testing, measuring and calibrating services. To confirm that recognition the CABs are periodically re-accredited (revaluate) by accreditation body to ensure their continued  compliance with the requirements of international standards for conformity assessment.

THE CRITERIAS FOR ACCREDITATION:

- testing, verifying and calibrating laboratories - ST RK ISO / IEC 17025-2007;
- the products certification bodies - ST RK ISO / IEC 65-2001;
- the management systems certification bodies - ST RK ISO / IEC 17021-2008;
- the personnel compliance certification bodies  - (ISO / IEC 17024 - 2003 (ST SC 1349 - 2005).

KEY AREAS OF LLC «NATIONAL CENTER OF ACCREDITATION»:

- Accreditation of the certification bodies, testing and verifying (calibration) laboratories;
- Inspections of the certification bodies, testing and verifying (calibrating) laboratories;
- Maintaining a register of accredited entities, providing the information on requests of interested parties;
- Conduction of comparative tests;
- Cooperation with international and regional organizations in the field of accreditation;
